Rob lovingly calls Cedar Rapids his adopted hometown. A Drake University alum with a Bachelor of Arts in English, he made the leap from literature to lighting early on. With a clear vision for what lighting representation could be, he launched CSLA Iowa in 2022 to serve the Iowa market with intention, integrity, and just the right amount of moxie.

Hobbies Include traveling, biking, camping, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.

Fun Fact "My father was a chemical bacteriologist who was in the vinegar business. Hence my nickname in high school: The vinegar prince. Although none of his passion for science was passed to me, I like to think I carry on a little of his spirit as an intermediate level mixologist."
Favorite Book "The Great Gatsby. I'm a sucker for anything set in that timeframe and the short novel is my favorite form of the written art."
