Get to Know AJ Sween

AJ is from Eldora, Iowa. He studied Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science at Central College and the University of Northern Iowa, ultimately earning a bachelor's degree in Accounting from William Penn University. AJ joined Team CSLA in June 2025 as the Finance Manager.

Get to Know Devin Schupp

Devin grew up in Indianola, Iowa. He has a degree in Theatre Design and Production from the University of Northern Iowa. He is currently a Design Technician based in our Cedar Rapids office.

Des Moines Office Open House

In September we had the pleasure of hosting an open house event to unveil our stunning new office located on the third floor of the historic Create 319 Building in downtown Des Moines. With approximately 5,000 square feet situated in the heart of central Iowa’s vibrant design community, this move marks a new chapter for our agency.
