CSLA Iowa is pleased to announce the addition of Nikki Walters to our Project team in the newly created role of Service Specialist. Nikki comes to CSLA from a background in the financial market, graduating from Upper Iowa University with her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Today, we kick this series off by introducing Jason Odefey, who has been on our team for the past 6 years:
CSLA is pleased to announce the addition of Jake Farrell as Contractor Distributor Sales for the Des Moines metro market and Andrew Howe, CPA as our Director of Finance.
Jake comes to CSLA from a background of 18+ years in the electrical contracting industry most recently with the Des Moines office of MMC Contractors.
CSLA is pleased to announce the addition of Kris McAllister as Contractor Distributor Sales for
eastern Iowa and the Quad Cities. Kris comes to CSLA from an electrical industry family and has
most recently been with KSA Lighting.
CSLA is pleased to announce the addition of Mike McConahay as Stock Specialist for the entire Iowa
market and Alex Meier as Specification Consultant for the eastern
Iowa and Quad Cities markets.
Mike comes to CSLA with years of experience in sales, most recently in Distribution Sales at
KSA Lighting of Iowa.
Herb Beard, Rob Beaman and Nick Beard are pleased to announce the formation of Central Sales Lighting Alliance, or CSLA, effective January 1st, 2022.
"At a time when the industry is increasingly seeing agency acquisitions and mergers, which often result in the homogenization of staff and services, we want to bring the strengths of our two organizations together while retaining the unique character of each" states CSLA Iowa Principal, Rob Beaman.
